In this agreement the term 'Connect Hair System' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website Shapefuture Consultant's Ltd t/a Connect Hair System a company incorporated in England with company number 2512916 and registered address at Northside House, Mount Pleasant, Barnet, Herts, EN4 9EE. The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website.
These Terms and Conditions may be changed or terminated by Connect Hair system without notice for any reason and at any time. You agree that Connect hair System has no obligation to inform you of these changes and that it is your responsibility to establish whether the terms and conditions have been so changed. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions please do not use our website.
Ordering and Dispatch Times
After you have placed your order and once your payment details have been entered and you confirm your order, your payment will instantly be processed by our acquiring bank and we will send you an order acknowledgement by email. Our message will also confirm details of your purchase and tell you when we shall despatch your order in a separate email to the address confirmed by your payment method.
As per the "DSR Act 2000" orders must be dispatched within 30 days. We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day from receiving your order and in the case of "next day" and "special delivery" the same day if the order is placed by 12.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays). Any "next day" and "special delivery" orders placed after 12.30pm may not be dispatched until the next working day. Deliveries will be made by the carrier to the address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery. The shipping costs are always displayed to you when you place your order and before you enter your payment details. Please be very careful when choosing your shipping options as mistakes can not be rectified afterwards. We reserve the right to increase shipping costs as per Royal Mail and City Link rises.
Products being Sold
Descriptions and specifications for the products are set out on the Connect Hair System website at the time of the order. Products advertised may not be available.
Using Hair Products
We believe that Connect Hair System products are of high quality. Care has been taken to select only high quality products from reputable manufacturers. Most of our products are designed to be fitted by a salon professional. We will not be held responsible, for misuse or nonprofessional usage of our products e.g. damaged due to cutting, bleaching, perming or colouring, once it has left our warehouse. We recommend that instructions should be read before use. If you are a salon professional and buying the products for your clients, the quality of the product is only covered by the manufacturer. We recommend that "professional products" should be used by trained hair extensionists. Connect will not be responsible for any economic loss including, but not limited to, loss of profit, revenue, contracts, savings, and loss of data, goodwill or reputation. Our maximum liability will be limited to the replacement value of the product.
Returns and Refund Policy
In the event that any order is incorrect, you must notify us within seven days after delivery.
In the case of incorrect orders, the products shall be returned to us for exchange and we shall redeliver the correct order at our own cost.
All products must be in their original condition and return with original packaging.
Hair products must not have been used or handled, e.g. packets opened, brushed, worn, tags removed etc, for health and hygiene reasons.
If any products are faulty or defective, they must be returned to us within seven days. We shall replace the products free of charge and redeliver them to you at our own cost.
Refunds will be considered on individual basis and only in case the product has not been opened, used or handled and a replacement cannot be provided (product discontinued or out of stock).
The products returned to us, become our property. You are also advised to return product(s) by recorded delivery, registered post or courier service. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery, Courier Company will provide you with insurance and a tracking number should any delivery dispute arise. Please remember to include your full name and address, and a copy of your purchase invoice along with your reason for return. Once we have received your returned goods, we will refund the money you paid for the items bought less delivery charges, using the same method by which you paid for them.
This is in accordance to the Distance Selling Regulations which state that the product is in your care until it arrives back with us.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Connect Hair System, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from, without limitation, your use of the Connect Hair System services, your breach of the Terms of Service, your infringement of any intellectual property right or any other right of any person or entity, or your breach of any duty of confidence or privacy, or any defamatory statements made by you in any form.
Trademarks
The trademarks, logos and service marks used and displayed on this website are, unless otherwise specified, the trade marks of Connect Hair System. No rights are granted to use any of them without the written permission of Connect Hair System.

Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited other than the following:
- you may print or download to a local hard disk extracts for your personal and non-commercial use only
- you may copy the content to individual third parties for their personal use, but only if you acknowledge the website as the source of the material
